Cancellation & Refund Policy-Withdrawing from a Tournament. All cancellations must be received in writing via email. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Teams that cancel out of an event more than 30 days prior to the start of the event that is not closed will be issued a refund check for the full amount of the entry fee minus a $50 administrative fee & Any Credit Card Processing Fees if Applicable. Inside 30 days, any refund or credit will be at the sole discretion of the tournament director. Once a tournament is full and "closed," or a game schedule has been distributed, absolutely no refunds .
Effective 4/10/2018 All payments via Credit Card online will occur a 20.00 admin fee. Check payments are still accepted & recommended & will not occur this fee!
Tournaments unless noted are 4 game Guarantee WEATHER PERMITTING!
If weather causes games to be cancelled after teams play 2 games or more on Saturday NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued. Tournament Directors will have the right to amend the policy at their discretion on a Tournament by Tournament basis.
